‘Kaizenevent’During this event, your organization will be trained in introducing in lean principles. We furthermore compose an improvement team with members throughout your organization. Supported by our consultant, this team will thoroughly analyze the problem and come up with improvements in only a few days, by using the A3 method. Rather than writing comprehensive reports, we will offer direct and hands-on improvements. By the end of this session, the first steps have already been realized, and a compact but complete plan of action will be presented for entering further improvements. If needed our consultant can offer further support during the implementation stage. An introduction training in lean principles is obviously part of this process. Extensive lean training with own implementation of improvement planThe team firstly receives an extensive Lean training. This also includes the preparation of an A3 improvement plan to tackle an actual problem in the organization. This plan will be discussed and, if necessary, improved during the training. When desired, additional intervision moments can of course be scheduled during the implementation of the improvement plans. Lean culture/coachingLean is ultimately a way of thinking, implying that all those involved in the organization will be helping to improve the organization. In this scenario, all the elements of a Lean Management System Will be passing by for all levels of the organization. This is a time consuming process. With every step, the deployment of the consultant will slowly be phased out, until the organization is entirely self-learning. | Support programDuring the support program by Kingma & Partners Consultancy we formulate an improvement team of members from your organization. As soon as the improvement plan has been finalized, the team will start working on it together with our consultant, for instance one day per week. During that day, the team may receive additional training if necessary. All remaining days, the team works independently on implementing actions.
